ABOUT MY ART STYLE
I am a landscape artist - which means I paint scenic images which usually include water, sky, trees and clouds at unique angles and vantage points. My style is an abstract interpretation and usually does not depict an image in a realistic way. My style is vibrant and bright with lots of movement and colour. I usually do not include structural elements into my artwork (docks, buildings, cars, dogs.. ext)
THE CUSTOM PROCESS
WHAT IS A CUSTOM? Interested in having your favourite place painted or a special photo? I offer a seamless and easy painting process! Where I create something based off of a photo you loved, a place that inspires you or give me free range to come up with my own scene!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? The process takes between 1-2 months from the time you booked your artwork. I am usually booked 1-2 months in advance so expect 3-4 months!

WHAT DO YOU NEED? Send me photos of your favourite place along with any past artworks of mine that you LOVED! Check my Instagram @vikwilenart or my online store for styles or colour schemes that your really drawn too.

WHATS THE PROCESS? Once we decide on a scene, the size of the artwork and how long it will take, 1 - 2 months before your artwork is due, I will create a sketch of your artwork. Before I begin the painting process - you will receive an email from me to confirm the sketch design. Once we have agreed on the image I will get started on the painting! While I am painting, I can update you with progress photos if you like, or you can agree to a surprise and wait until the finish product is completed!

CUSTOMS REQUIRE A PAID DEPOSIT BEFORE I BEGIN | I OWN THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE THE CUSTOM ORIGINAL ARTWORK IF I SEE FIT. MY CUSTOM PRICES ARE PRICED BASED ON THE POTENTIAL FOR REPRODUCTION. AS A COMMERCIAL ARTIST, I PUT MY ARTWORK ON VARIOUS PRODUCTS THAT PROMOTE HEALTH | YOU MAY SEE YOUR CUSTOM ON A FUTURE PRODUCT. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT SIT WELL WITH YOU, BUT I DO BELIEVE THE MORE YOUR ARTWORK IS SCENE AND CHERISHED THE MORE VALUE IT HAS. IF INTERESTED IN THIS TYPE OF CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!
